Welcome to the Amherst Chapter Page! My name is Emera De Los Santos and I'm this academic year's Quest Liaison for Amherst. As an Amherst student and member of the Quest Scholars Network here on campus, you will be joining a group of students that is wildly diverse and immersed in their interests. I would like to welcome you to Amherst College, a small liberal arts school in Massachusetts where people come from all over the world and all walks of life to learn from some of the foremost experts in their fields.

I hope you will give Amherst the opportunity to impress you with its varied course selection, open curriculum, beautiful campus and access to the other four colleges within the Five College Consortium. Our school offers small classes that allow for more access to your professors along with a very personalized learning experience. We also count on the immense support of our alumni who continue to support us by providing students with mentoring and internships that allow the Amherst experience to be that much more rewarding. There are many organizations on campus, which allows for all students to participate in any and all of the activities they enjoy most, and even try something new while they are at it. As for our QSN Chapter, we are pleased to welcome new members and introduce them to the school and the Amherst community at large. We hope you will join our group and benefit from the support system that is here and available to you. Our members are more than happy to continue the tradition of high-achieving low-income students at our school and would love to welcome you here. Thank you for checking us out and I look forward to personally welcoming you here.
